International Circulation:  Professor Hu， here at ESC 2009 what particularly did you find of importance for Chinese physicians or a real highlight here for you?

Professor Hu:  I think this meeting was so impressive.  I have seen great progress and improvement in quality and skill of the ESC.  It has become the largest and one of the best congress of cardiology in the world so greater contributions， Professor Ferrari， especially you， great work， hard work and four Cs to make change.  So I think we can see more and more important clinical trials done from Europe and first launched the ESC instead of other conferences.  We may not have a big audience but we will have something very new to provide to our physicians.  So I think both the quality and skill changed dramatically.  I am really very impressed and each year you have more than one thousand participants that come to ESC which is a much bigger number than those who come to Chinese meetings.

胡教授：ESC的质量和技术都有很大的进步和改善，这让我印象深刻。它已成为世界上最大的心血管会议，也是最优秀的心血管会议之一。Ferrari教授为此付出了辛勤的工作，主办了四届ESC会议，力申改革。欧洲完成的临床试验已越来越重要，并首次创办了ESC。虽然没有大型指南，但他为医生提供了新信息。每年都有数千人参加ESC会议，这远远超过中国的参会人数，给我留下了深刻印象。

Professor Ferrari:  Perhaps it is important to say that when we budgeted the meeting we budgeted to have 10% decline because of economical crisis and because of the experience of our colleagues in the States.  Actually we have a 10% increase in the attendance.  Here we have 3，000 more people than in Munich last year and I am very glad to say that also the attendance in China is increasing every year.  I think w
